4. Fees and Payment
The fees for our consulting services will be outlined in your individual agreement. Payments must be made within the timeframes agreed in the contract. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information that is shared during the provision of services, except as required by law or with the express consent of the other party.

6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property, reports, strategies, or documents created by the Company during the course of providing services remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability to the client for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data, or reputation.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the other party. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates any provision of these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Entire Agreement
